That space is here.
You deserve a space where your story is honored, your emotions are understood, and your healing is not rushed.
Before anything else, I want you to hear this clearly...
THE THERAPY DIVA
THE THERAPY DIVA
For more than 20 years, I’ve walked alongside individuals, families, teens, and women who simply needed someone to see them fully; not as a diagnosis, a case file, or a crisis… but as a human being.
My work has taken me into homes, schools, hospitals, community centers, and boardrooms. I’ve stood in the gap for people during the hardest, darkest moments of their lives. I’ve advocated for those with disabilities, supported at-risk youth, and empowered women across the globe to reclaim their voice and rebuild their confidence.
No matter what role I was in — therapist, coordinator, case manager, advocate, or coach — one truth guided me:
People heal best when they feel genuinely supported.
I don’t lead from theory alone.
I lead from compassion, intuition, clinical experience, and a deep belief that everyone deserves dignity, safety, and a path forward.
Working with me isn’t about “fixing” you.
It’s about supporting you the way I would want someone to support me... with patience, respect, and strategy.
Whether you’re navigating emotional pain, life transitions, disability-related needs, relationship strain, trauma, or the exhaustion of “holding everything together,” I am committed to helping you move toward clarity, peace, and long-term stability.
